x^2-3x+2=0
Soln
quadratic formula states x =-b+or -v{b^2-4ac}/2a
In the equation, a=1, b=-3 and c=2
-(-3)+or -v{(-3)^2-(4×1×2)}/2×1
Hence x=2, x= 1
